There’s plenty to celebrate this Winter at Blacks of Chapel Street

Blacks of Chapel Street, the popular bar and dining room located in the historic heart of Penzance are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Head Chef; Matthew Rowe.
Previously the Landlord and Head Chef at the multi-award-winning Falmouth Packet Inn Matthew is excited to have joined the team at Blacks and looks forward to showcasing fresh local produce in a relaxed restaurant environment.
October saw the launch of a New Sunday Lunch Menu. With two mouth-watering courses for just £16.95 or three for £21.95 this menu has already proven to be extremely popular so be sure to pre-book your table.
Also new at Blacks for is the Tapas Menu. This is available on Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm… perfect for an after work treat! This menu is great for sharing, dishes are all priced at £5 or you can choose six for £25.
Now November is upon us it’s time to think about organising your Christmas Party. Blacks is available for groups large and small with an exciting Christmas menu at a great price; £22.50 for two courses or £26 for three, inclusive of a glass of festive cheer. This New Year’s Eve Blacks will be open for canapes at seven, through to the bells at midnight. Book your table and celebrate the New Year with a delicious seven course taster menu.
