Following an intensive three month refurbishment project, Lee and Lisa Spicer opened Hellys Deli Bar Café in November 2017 and the results are certainly impressive.
Not only is Hellys situated conveniently close to Penzance Harbour and Railway Station, it also offers the opportunity to sample a great tasting menu of locally sourced food, cleverly created by Head Chef Julie Manly – Paella, Pan Fried Mackerel, Steak & Kidney Pie and ‘Julie’s Scotch Eggs’ to name but a few of the delights currently on offer.
Hellys Deli Bar Cafe is the Sister business of Hellys Tea Room in Helston and together they provide a wonderful, welcoming & friendly service from the moment you open the front doors.
You’ll be invited to browse the temptations surrounding you on your arrival though if you just fancy a great, locally roasted coffee or a nicely chilled, local ale whilst listening to the sound of great atmospheric background music then Hellys is the place to be.
The ethos behind Hellys Deli Bar Cafe was to create a Parisian style cafe where everyone is welcome. Whether you desire Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, a naughty snack or just a drink while you chill out and watch the world go by then this is certainly the place to be.
With ‘Cocktail Happy Hour’ on offer every Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30 – 6.30pm throughout April to September…where else would you want to be!
“Best & hottest latte I’ve had in a long time! Sunday Lunch is worth it too, hot & tasty. Vegetarian option was super. Classy & friendly café in a good location playing excellent music too”
